Our know-how covers a wide range of different manufacturing processes. With our shop floor management, we guarantee the highest quality and absolute adherence to deadlines – from the receipt of the order to scheduling, the creation of work plans including order papers and the handover of the order papers to the tool mechanic responsible for the project. We always work with maximum structure and efficiency – reliably supported by regular shop floor meetings regarding execution, scheduling and quality of our products.

Tools for powder presses

With BETEK and SITEK, the SIMON GROUP includes two prominent, globally active carbide manufacturers. No wonder that the manufacture of pressing tools for carbide production is one of our specialties. We also manufacture press tools for sintered steel, sintered iron and sintered bronze for our sister company SIMON Sinterlutions.

Tools for impact extrusion

The production of impact extrusion tools is SITEK’s core competence. Tire studs are also produced there – jointly developed and optimized with well-known tire manufacturers. And at SIMON Tooling, we manufacture the refined tools that give shape to the SITEK solutions. Our focus is always on optimum service life and output.

Tools for jigs and fixtures

In the field of fixture construction, SIMON Tooling is active for the entire group of companies. We supply our sister company SITEK with highly complex tools for component supply, among other things. In addition, our specialists have a wealth of experience in the areas of plant modification and special machine construction.

We are well-equipped in our design department: We work with a powerful PLM system and modern CAD systems, such as Siemens NX or Inventor. Of course, we also process Solid Works and Inventor data, as well as various exchange formats.

Training workshop

An essential guarantor of our high quality and precision are our in-house training and continuous further education programs. They are reinforced by the effective cooperation within our group of companies and the fundamental advantages offered from the outset. At SIMON Tooling, we have the special opportunity to train an average of about 10 people at the same time in our own training workshop. Our training spectrum ranges from industrial mechanic to tool mechanic to mechatronics engineer. For this training, we offer you a modern machine park with

  • universal milling machines type Kunzmann WF400M
  • lathes of type Weiler Praktikant VCD/ GSD

We also offer an attractive digital learning platform for true all-rounders, whom we train for universal use on any machine.
